Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare is Brooklyn Fare's three-Michelin-starred restaurant in the back of our Hudson Yards grocery market.

Inspired by Japanese cuisine and French technique, courses change to reflect products in season.
Our multi-course tasting menu is focused on fish & shellfish, with one or two meat courses and a variety of desserts.
The restaurant will reopen for dining October 4th, 2023. We couldn’t be more excited to see where Chefs Max Natmessnig and Marco Prins will take us, and to see their take on executing our best-in-class tasting menu
when we reopen our doors on October 4th. They are masters of their craft, having led some of the most acclaimed restaurants in Europe and in New
York, and they both have long been part of the Brooklyn Fare family — having each worked at Chef’s Table in the past.
* All reservations will require a $200 non-refundable deposit per person. We accept modifications up to eight days prior to your reservation.
Any cancellation, modification or no-show made after this time will be subject to a fee of $200 per person.
* $200 Deposits per Guest are non-refundable (even for cancellations made more than 7 days prior to Reservation Date). In the rare event of a Management Approved Refund, a 10% deduction will be made from the Deposit Total to cover Refund Transaction Fees. All and any Reservation Changes allowed only up to 7 days prior to Reservation Date - any cancellations or modifications made after this time will result in loss of Deposit. A $200 additional fee will be charged per Guest for any No-Shows. Deposits retained for Cancellations - Rebooking allowed up to 3 months from Original Reservation Date before Deposit Expires.
* Our dress code is formal, suit or blazer for gentlemen. We reserve the right to turn away guests for improper attire at our discretion.
* Unfortunately, we cannot accomodate guests with seafood allergies, vegetarian or vegan diets.
Chef's Table at Brooklyn Fare features an expansive cellar, highlighting classic European regions of Champagne, Burgundy, Rhône, Germany, and Austria.
* We only offer BYOB for wines not in our collection. Please inquire at your reservation for more information.
* Our corkage fee is $175 per 750 mL bottles (maximum of 2 bottles), and $225 for magnum sizes (1 bottle maximum).
